Unfortunately we had a problem. The first necklace had a broken chain. Went into the store but couldn't exchange it there as it was purchased online (complicated). The second necklace was sloppily packaged and the chain had knots! Not fun to give as a gift and the recipient has to sit and untangle it...but beautiful and nice! Fix the gift box, it doesn't work.
