RETURNS AND NOTICE OF DEFECTS


Returns

According to the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act, customers always have 30 days to cancel a purchase. Please contact our customer service if, during that time, you want to return the product for a refund, or exchange it for something else.

Whenever you return a product, you will be responsible for any damages to it. This is why it’s very important that you return it in the undamaged original packaging. Any product information or manuals must also be included. Please use the original package/box/envelope to return the product. Protect the product well for return shipment. We recommend that you use the same package/box/envelope that was used to send the item to you.

Mark the return clearly with Ani Who AB and be sure to add a note that includes your order number and name. Then, send the package to:

Refunds on received, approved returns will be made within 30 days.

Notice of defects

According to Swedish law, consumers are entitled to return a defective item up to three years after it has been purchased, but within reasonable time of having discovered the defect. Defects are faults that can be traced to how the product was manufactured. They are not associated with ordinary wear and tear, or the aging of products.

Ani Who AB reserves the right to, first and foremost, remedy the error. Secondarily, we would redelivery the product. If neither is possible, we will issue a refund. For questions about returns, please contact our customer service at: info@ani-jewels.com. Please note that Ani Who AB is not responsible for the return shipping costs.

Ani Who AB will make an assessment once we have received the item you have returned to us. We will then contact you to resolve the matter. After we receive the returned item, we will process the case within 30 days.

In the event of a dispute, we comply with all decisions issued by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints.

RETURNS AND CLAIMS


Returns

We hope you are happy with your order, but if something isn’t quite right, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your package. Please ensure that the product is returned unused, in undamaged original packaging, and, if sealed for hygienic reasons, the seal must remain intact. Since returns have a significant environmental impact due to extra CO2 emissions, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost as part of reducing unnecessary purchases and returns. Pack the item securely, preferably in the original packaging. Once we receive and approve your return, we will issue a refund using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

How to proceed:

1. Include a note in the package with your order number and contact details.

2. Pack the item securely, preferably in the original packaging.

3. Ship the package, preferably with a trackable service (not REK), to the address below.

4. Refunds for approved returns are processed within 30 days, but often faster.

Tip! If you used Klarna as your payment method, you can contact Klarna to extend the due date/freeze the invoice to avoid reminder fees. ANI is not responsible for any reminder fees.

Note! If the product is not in fully resalable condition when returned, an additional fee for the loss of value may apply.


Returns for “2-for-1” or “Gift with Purchase” Campaigns

If you return part of the offer or the gift you received, no refund will be issued. To receive a refund, all items included in the offer must be returned.

Returns for KIT Products with Bundle Pricing

It is not possible to return parts of a SET item purchased at a bundle price. The entire package must be returned for a refund to be issued.

Returns for Other Offers

If you return one or more items from an order placed during a campaign, the discount for the returned item(s) will no longer apply. Discounts for items you keep will remain valid.

A campaign order may include a discount code or temporary sale. The discount on the returned item(s) is forfeited once the order is placed and cannot be reused.


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you purchased and, once your return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.


CLAIMS

If you receive a defective product (i.e., a fault attributable to a manufacturing defect), we will, of course, assist you as quickly as possible. Please note that claims do not cover normal wear and tear, aging, or damage caused by use.

As a consumer, you should report a defect within a reasonable time after discovering it. According to consumer law, two months is considered reasonable. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you must immediately report this to us via email at info@ani-jewels.com, including documentation of the defect with photographs.

Ani Who AB reserves the right to, in the first instance, repair the defect, in the second instance, replace the item, and as a last resort, offer a refund. Please contact our customer service with questions about claims and returns at info@ani-jewels.com. Note that Ani Who AB does not cover return shipping costs.

In the event of a dispute, we follow the decisions of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden).
